Level I - Self-Healing

Reiki is a healing energy modality brought to light by Dr. Mikao Usui. Once attuned to Reiki energy, you can act as a channel for universal life force energy, directing that energy with loving intention toward yourself, other people, animals and plants, or anything you wish that needs healing.

This first level, Reiki I, focuses on self-healing.  By healing ourselves, we become most able to help others. Reiki energy is deeply healing and spiritually transformational. In this class, you will receive Reiki Level I attunement, learn the history, ethics, and benefits of Reiki, the protocol for self-healing, and practice giving yourself the healing gift of Reiki energy!
