Crystals, jewelry and other items in our store can be delicate and fragile, so please allow us 48-72 hours to properly package and ship your order. We want you to receive your items in the best possible condition and this additional time allows us to cleanse, pack and ship them safely.

All of our items are cleansed before packaging and shipment. We use a variety of methods - moonlight, selenite plates, salt, smudging, etc., to ensure your items are cleansed and charged with the love and positivity we put into every item we sell!

Tracking numbers will be provided once an item ships. Please allow 72-96 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

If it has been more than 96 hours since you placed your order, please refer to our website and your order status first before contacting us concerning the status of your order.
